Riverside cottage is actually on the riverside in Lynmouth, it has six front rooms with sea and harbour views as well as private balconies with chairs enabling you to sit and enjoy the sound of the river Lyn and soak up the great views.
Our front rooms are £65 per night for a medium and £75 for a large, two of our large rooms have a bath with integral shower. One of the large rooms is configured as a twin. A £5 discount is made for all nights if you stay 3 nights or more. All 8 rooms are en suite. Our family room is £65 per night and the economy double is £55.
We have a licensed cafe, a resident s lounge and we are happy to offer evening meals on request
Our day and evening menus are straight forward Cafe food, no nonsense meals local produce wherever possible. From beans on toast to a Devon Steak. We aim to give you 2 main courses as an example 8 oz Devon Steak or a full Breast of Chicken and a bottle of wine for around £25.00. We have Vegetarian options and a Children s menu available all the time we are open.
