Your hosts Adrian & Maria Hobbs became the new owners in early June 2015 after spending the previous eight years managing one of North London's most prestigious golf clubs, Muswell Hill.
Adrian was born & bred in Lynmouth and Maria just down the coast in Hele, near Ilfracombe.
After spending fourteen years away they have returned to run Le Bistro.
