Your hosts Adrian and Maria Hobbs became the new owners in early June 2015 after spending the previous eight years managing one of North London's most prestigious golf clubs, Muswell Hill.
Adrian was born and bred in Lynmouth and Maria just down the coast in Hele, near Ilfracombe.
After spending fourteen years away they have returned to run Le Bistro.
Their aim is to provide good food and fine wine in a pleasant friendly atmosphere where the customer can relax and enjoy their meal without being rushed.
When you book a table, it is yours for the evening.
