water sports and wildlife. Situated at the confluence of the rivers Barle and Exe and 1/4 of a mile from the Exe Valley
Way you are ideally located to access a wide range of activities for all ages.
The Cottage, which is about 150 years old, sleeps 4 with 2 double bedrooms, one with twin beds. There is a
comfortable Sitting Room with a wood burner, a well equipped Kitchen/Breakfast room with a Rayburn and additional
electric oven and a utility room. The rooms are newly furnished and double glazed.
Satilite TV, DVD player, Radio/CD, a selection of DVDs, games, books, walking guides and OS maps are also provided.
No smokers please but dogs are welcome.
