Sunflower is a spacious, character cottage which is south facing with countryside and garden views. Attached to the main farmhouse with access from the courtyard this cottage has its own back door to an enclosed south facing garden with dining furniture and aspects over the surrounding countryside. On entering the cottage you will find its purpose built well equipped kitchen/dining room with microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine/dryer, concealed dishwasher, toaster and a conventional electric cooker or a Stanley heating Range. On passing through slate-flagged hallway you will find the sitting room with its comfortable three-piece suite, satellite television and video plus an inglenook fireplace with woodburner. Upstairs to two bedrooms, the first being a twin and the second a large part panelled room with double four-poster bed. Both bedrooms have wash basins. The bathroom with bath, WC and wash basin is on the mid-level between bedrooms. Oil fired central heating plus the woodburner.

A barn conversion formerly used as the old granary for the farm. This our largest cottage, has its living area on the top floor with a spacious open plan area along with a minstrels gallery above. The lounge area has three two seater settees, satellite television and video, living flame effect fire in fire surround, dining table and chairs with views overlooking the courtyard. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric cooker, washing machine/dryer, fridge, toaster etc. Stairs lead down to the ground floor and bedroom one with double pine bed, ensuite shower room / WC. Bedroom two with twin pine beds. Bedroom three with twin beds. Family bathroom / WC with shower.

The garden to the front of the property is fully enclosed with outside dining furniture. Adjacent private parking for 2 cars.
