Nestling in the peaceful Exmoor hamlet of Martinhoe, this warm and cosy cottage is a haven for walkers and families alike.  Adjoining the owners' own house, Ivy Cottage is an extremely well equipped, two bed roomed holiday cottage suitable for up to 4 adults and a child plus a cot.

Ivy Cottage is next to the church in a splendid location within easy reach of Hunters Inn, Woody Bay and Lynton and Lynmouth.

Martinhoe is a tiny historic hamlet, with a quaint and beautiful church dating back to the twelfth century.  Ideal for walkers, it is situated a few minutes from the coastal footpath.  The famous Valley of Rocks can be easily seen from here.

A lawned garden is set aside for Guests with garden furniture available for eating  alfresco.

The comfortable lounge features a stone fireplace with wood burner, colour TV, radio/CD, video and DVD player.  There are plenty of games for the family for those quiet nights in by the fire after a day rambling and exploring the many delights of Exmoor.

The modern kitchen has pone table and benches, electric oven and halogen hob, microwave, food processor, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.  It is fully equipped with an excellent range of cooking utensils and crockery.

There is a ground floor bathroom, with separate shower cubical, bath and W.C..  Upstairs there is a separate W.C. and two attractive bedrooms; one twin and one double.  The double has an extra single bed, hand basin and the room has plenty of storage space, including a small safe.
