Clovelly
House is a 3 bedroom house situated on the picturesque Watersmeet Path,
Lynmouth. It overlooks the East Lyn River and is just 2 minutes from the
harbour.
It Sleeps 6 with flexible bedroom arrangements and 3 toilets - one on each floor. Please note although there is flexibility in the bedroom arrangements to accommodate guests, a maximum of only 3 bedrooms will be available. All bedrooms have hand basins.
The Ground floor has a newly refurbished spacious open plan kitchen dining room. This room has skylights and patio doors making it very light and airy. It is fitted with a range cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, large dinning table, a settee and armchair. The Patio doors and a back door lead to a patio area. There is a separate Lounge with a bay window, a utility room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer. Leading off from this utility area is a toilet and shower room.
The First floor has a bathroom with bath, separate shower and a toilet. On
this floor, there is a double bedded bedroom with a balcony overlooking the
River Lyn. There is a further room, with full size bunk beds, best suited for
children. This room also has lovely views of the East Lyn River from both
windows.
The Second floor has a separate toilet and 3 bedrooms - a double, a single and a twin. The single and twin rooms have river views. Electricity and bed linen included.
