All guest have access to the communal grounds with pergolas to the front and a delightful summerhouse to the rear. The summerhouse has seating and windows facing the bay with it’s dramatic coastline.
Lynton and its neighbour Lynmouth are in the Exmoor National Park with some of the finest scenery Britain has to offer, the most amazing walks are literally on your doorstep, including the coastal path from Lynton to the famous Valley of the Rocks. Lynton can boast it’s own cinema, a charming grade II listed building, running as near release films as possible. Nearby activities include horse riding, golf, surfing, and sailing. In summer there are daily boat trips from Lynmouth harbour.
Lynton has a variety of shops and charming tearooms all within quaint little streets giving it a unique character. Of notable interest is the Lynton and Lynmouth Cliff Railway the best and most exciting way to travel between the two towns. You will find a good selection of restaurants in both Lynton and Lynmouth, several of their pubs and hotels also offer delicious traditional fare.

Our well furnished and equipped flat has a double bedroom, single bedroom (with an extra pull out bed), full size bathroom,kitchen, dinner, the spacious living room equipped with wide screen TV, DVD, Blu Ray, Bose sound system and WI-FI Internet.
The Lounge and kitchen has fantastic sea views and what majestic sunrise.
The kitchen is equipped with a comprehensive range of appliances, including built-in SMEG four ring electric hob with oven below and extractor hood above. Built in SMEG fridge-freezer, dishwasher and washing machine/tumble dryer. Kettle, toaster, microwave, and a wide range of china, glass and cookware. Dining table with four chairs.
Bedroom one includes: one double bed, fitted wardrobes, dressing table and small chest of drawers
Bedroom two includes: one single bed with under-bed truckle. The truckle will sleep another child comfortably. Tallboy chest of drawers.
Bathroom includes, full bath with built-in shower, WC and pedestal wash basin.
There is private car parking space dedicate for the flat.
The flat is ideally suited for three adults, or two adults and two Children.The flat is not equipped for babies and not suitable for small toddlers. No pets and no smoking please.
The minimum rate applies for short breaks (stays of 4 days or less).
